As a result of the shelling of Zaporizhzhia by drones, people were injured, including a child, when the occupiers attacked the city on December 20.
This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, Ivan Fedorov, via Telegram.
"A 12-year-old boy and three women sustained injuries due to the enemy's attack on Zaporizhzhia," Fedorov stated.
According to the head of the administration, the enemy shelled the Vasylivka and Polohy districts of the region.
"In the Vasylivka district, a woman was injured due to Russian shelling, while in the Polohy district, two men were hurt," Fedorov added.
The Russian occupiers attacked Zaporizhzhia with drones in the evening on December 20, causing fires to break out in the city. Emergency medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
Subsequently, the administration confirmed that due to the attacks by Russians, a 12-year-old boy and a woman were injured.
Windows in a nine-story building were damaged by shock waves.
As of 09:00, 57 strikes from Shahed-type UAVs and drones of other types have been confirmed.
