On the night of December 26, Russia launched 31 strike UAVs "Shahed" and drones of other types from the directions of Orel, Millerovo, RF.
Air defense forces eliminated 20 units, while another 11 imitation drones were locally lost, according to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a result of the attack, power outage schedules were implemented in some regions of the country, but DTEK soon published an update.
In Ukraine, on December 26, emergency electricity consumption restrictions for residential consumers, businesses, and enterprises are expected.
This was reported by the National Energy Company "Ukrenergo."
Residential consumers will experience power outages in one and a half shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Then, until 9:00 PM, one shift of outages is expected.
Businesses and enterprises will receive restriction schedules from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Power outages in Ukraine are due to damage to energy facilities resulting from the enemy's mass missile and drone attack on December 25.
Several shifts of outages are expected in Kyiv and the surrounding areas, as well as in Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa regions.
