The mechanism includes guarantees, grants, and technical assistance. Its total amount is €9.3 billion.
“Among the pressing issues that businesses face today are the lack of access to funding and limited awareness of available opportunities, particularly involving international organizations. Additionally, high interest rates, insufficient collateral, and risks related to the war complicate the financing process,” the Ministry of Economy states.
As part of the new program, Ukrainian businesses and the public sector gain access to favorable financing to implement initiatives in priority areas of the economy, such as energy, transportation, agriculture, critical materials, IT, green transition projects, and more.
