The issuer of bonds for this innovative release is LLC "FC Activitis," while the organizer of the release is the Investment Firm LLC "Univer Capital," as stated in the press release NKTSBFR.

The placement of bonds by the issuer LLC "FC Activitis" took place on the PFTS Stock Exchange based on the principle of "delivery of securities against payment." In just one day—February 20, 2025—155 transactions were concluded and settled.
As a result, 2.57% of the bonds from the issue were transferred by the Central Depository from the issuer's account to the account of the depository institution for the crediting of rights to these bonds to the accounts of the initial owners.
