How to report a lack of connectivity in Diia:
- Click the "No Connection" icon on the home screen of the Diia app.
- Provide one-time access to geolocation.
- Indicate whether the problem occurs only during power outages.
- Select your operator.
- Specify what is not working: internet, calls, or both services.
- Indicate where the connectivity issue occurs: indoors or outdoors.
