As reported by the company's press service to the publication AIN, the franchise has been acquired by local entrepreneurs, including the owners of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The new establishment is located on Rue d’Antibes — one of the city's main shopping streets. It spans 70 square meters and offers 13 indoor seating spots and 24 on the outdoor terrace for visitors.
“For 6 months, our team not only worked on creating a great venue, but also thoroughly researched the French market and food consumption culture in the region to win over the hearts of French foodies,” commented the franchising managers of Lviv Croissants.
In addition to Ukraine, the Lviv Croissants chain is already operating in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and the USA. Overall, the brand encompasses 196 establishments.
