Throughout the year, the company actively expanded its store network, improved logistics processes, deepened partnerships with Ukrainian manufacturers, ensured job stability, and demonstrated a high level of adaptability and customer focus.
In 2024, Avrora divided its efforts into two key areas: in the first half of the year, the company focused on scaling and development, while in the second half, it concentrated on opening new stores. Over the year, 360 new retail locations were opened, and around 100 existing sites were modernized, paying special attention to adapting facilities to inclusive standards.
Overall, by the end of 2024, Avrora's network comprised 1,615 stores in Ukraine and 30 in Romania. The company created 3,000 new jobs, increasing the total number of employees to over 15,000 as of the beginning of 2025.
