The fines have been imposed on:
- OJSC "OKSI BANK" (EGRPOU 09306278) — for repeatedly providing the regulator with erroneous statistical reporting data over a period of six months, which are not considered significant. The fine amounts to 170,000 UAH;
- AB "UKRGASBANK" (EGRPOU 23697280) — for the late submission of reports to the regulator regarding activities in the payment market for June 2024. The fine is 51,000 UAH;
- LLC "MFC 'AVERS'" (EGRPOU 34819265) — for the late submission of reports to the regulator regarding activities in the payment market for June 2024. The fine is 51,000 UAH.
“The decision to impose measures against the institutions was made based on the results of remote monitoring as part of the oversight of the payment infrastructure and came into effect on December 16, 2024. The companies are required to pay the fines within five working days from the date of receiving the regulator's decision on the imposition of the fine,” the press service stated.
