National Bank based on its own statements from non-banking financial institutions has approved changes to the volume of licenses for financial companies (exclusion of relevant financial services from licenses) for the following companies:
- LLC "FC Artificial Finance Intelligence" (EGRPOU 43483137), LLC "FC N.A.Group" (EGRPOU 43240883), LLC "FC Sataro Capital" (EGRPOU 42309514) — the financial leasing service has been excluded;
- LLC "Credit Investment Group" (EGRPOU 41586125), LLC "Consult Solutions" (EGRPOU 42251700), LLC "Profit Finance" (EGRPOU 43160452), LLC "FC Flexis" (EGRPOU 43000243) — services such as the provision of funds and banking metals on credit, financial leasing have been excluded;
- LLC "FC Arian Plus" (EGRPOU 43637726) — the guarantee provision service has been excluded;
- LLC "FC Profit" (EGRPOU 43019891) — the service of providing funds and banking metals on credit has been excluded.
After the change in the volume of licenses, financial companies will be entitled to provide the following financial services:
- LLC "FC Artificial Finance Intelligence", LLC "FC N.A.Group" — provision of funds and banking metals on credit;
- LLC "FC Sataro Capital" — provision of funds and banking metals on credit, factoring;
- LLC "Credit Investment Group", LLC "Consult Solutions", LLC "Profit Finance", LLC "FC Flexis", LLC "FC Profit" — factoring;
- LLC "FC Arian Plus" — provision of funds and banking metals on credit, financial leasing, factoring.
