"Sumyoblenergo" reported that emergency schedules have been in effect in the Sumy region since 08:30 for the 1st and 2nd queues.

According to a report from DTEK, emergency power outage schedules were implemented in the Dnipropetrovsk region on the morning of February 3rd.

DTEK informs that emergency outages are also being introduced in the Donetsk region.
