Since the middle of 2024, there has been a resurgence in the growth of salaries offered by employers, according to analytics from the job portal Robota.ua.
At the same time, job seekers' expectations have also increased. This year, the gap between candidates' expectations and companies' offerings was 2,000 hryvnias.
In January 2022, employers offered an average salary of 16,570 hryvnias, while expectations were at 17,000 hryvnias. By October 2024, companies were offering 21,530 hryvnias, with expectations rising to 23,730 hryvnias.
