The government has appointed Ihor Smelianskyi as the CEO of Ukrposhta. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, in his Telegram.
“A corresponding coordination working group has also been established,” writes Shmyhal. “Its task, led by the Commissioner, will be to synchronize with the EU, modernize infrastructure, implement a risk-oriented system, digitization, and much more.”
Smelianskyi stated that despite the new position, he will not be leaving Ukrposhta.
