This was reported by the press service of the State Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine (FGVFL).
It is noted that a portion of the assets is pledged to the National Bank of Ukraine.
The borrowing companies are not undergoing liquidation and are actively engaged in the production of pharmaceutical products and materials.
A unified property complex has been established as collateral for obligations to the bank, which includes commercial real estate, land plots, registered shares, and property rights to receive goods. Specifically:
- a unified property complex spanning 36.8 thousand m² in Lviv for pharmaceutical production, which includes both real and movable property, as well as fixed assets;
- commercial real estate in the center of Kyiv: premises on Saksahanskoho Street with a total area of approximately 3 thousand m² and on Beresteiskyi Avenue (formerly known as Victory Avenue) with a total area of 1.7 thousand m²;
- land plots totaling 23.7 hectares in the Kyiv region.
The starting price of the lot is 2.4 billion UAH.
