This is stated in the press release from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“The implementation of damage reports in the Army+ application is a significant step towards enhancing the effectiveness of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. This project will enable more objective and transparent statistics on confirmed enemy losses, as well as track the performance of commanders and units based on clear criteria,” noted Ukraine's Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov.
According to the resolution, certain units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine will be able to submit daily reports to the General Staff through Army+. Reports will be able to include confirmation of losses from the combat system DELTA.
