Update: Revolut has launched user registration in Ukraine via Diia.

Обновление: Revolut запустил регистрацию пользователей в Украине через Дію.

This is reported by DOU. Previously, we mentioned that Revolut is conducting beta testing of its service among a limited number of Ukrainian users.

UPD. The press service of Revolut stated that the registration process is taking place solely within the framework of beta testing. The official launch of Revolut has not yet occurred, despite reports from some media outlets.

“We would like to clarify that our services are currently not officially launched for clients in Ukraine,” wrote Revolut, “However, we can confirm that we are already conducting beta testing of Revolut services with a limited group of Ukrainian clients (allowing some users to register for testing; one of those groups received early access yesterday/January 6).”

The verification process takes only a few minutes and involves several steps. These include providing personal data through the Diia app, recording a short video for identity verification, and uploading a photo of an identity document. Additionally, users need to specify their residential address and provide their taxpayer identification number (RNOKP, previously known as TIN).

Revolut users have the option to choose between a physical or virtual card. They also need to create a unique name for their account. Accounts are available in several currencies, including euro, US dollar, Canadian dollar, Polish zloty, and British pound. However, the Ukrainian hryvnia is currently not available in the list.
