The Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine (NABU) reported this on Facebook.
It is noted that the purpose of the agreement is to unite the banking sector around a promising initiative to implement innovative financial solutions for fast and convenient payment processing. Following the signing of this agreement, "Prozora Merezha" began its legal existence.
“At the first meeting of the bank representatives who signed the Agreement, organizational, legal, and technical aspects of the project’s implementation were discussed, outlining the key steps for launching and developing ‘Prozora Merezha,’” the NABU statement says. “The results of the meeting demonstrated the banking sector's readiness to adopt the latest financial technologies that create accessible services for clients. As a result, the successful completion of closed system testing was confirmed, indicating its readiness for further scaling.”
The launch of "Prozora Merezha" will serve as a foundation for the continued growth of Ukraine's financial market and its integration into global standards, providing Ukrainians with convenient, modern tools for making payments, as noted by the press service.
