In an interview with the Rada TV channel, Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology, as well as Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, reported this, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
“Over five years, in the UN Online Service Index digital rating, which measures the progress of digital states, we have risen from 102nd to 5th place. In specific categories, such as ‘open data,’ we rank third in Europe, and in terms of citizen engagement in the use of digital technologies, we are first in the world,” Fedorov stated.
He added that by 2025, the Ministry of Digital Transformation plans to continue developing the digital ecosystem, particularly focusing on accelerating digital changes within ministries and government institutions.
