A man decided to apply for a housing subsidy. For this purpose, he contacted the CPAU, but his request was denied due to an incorrectly specified house address and property owner. This was stated in the decision of the Hlyboke District Court of Chernivtsi Oblast, published on June 17, 2024.

The man's mother built a residential house. On August 17, 1994, the Executive Committee of the Hlyboke Village Council issued a certificate of ownership for the residential house in her name, registered in the Chernivtsi Regional Bureau of Technical Inventory in Book II, page 191, registration number 1581. When entering the record into the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate under registration number 880967 dated April 25, 2003, an error was made in the address of the real estate. In April 2024, he contacted the Center for Administrative Services of the Hlyboke Village Council in Chernivtsi District to apply for a housing subsidy. During the document verification process, it was discovered that the information from the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate incorrectly stated the house address and the property owner.

In December 2023, the Technical Inventory Bureau of the Hlyboke Village Council ordered technical documentation for the house. According to the information report, the house belongs to the man's mother according to registration record No. 1581 in the Chernivtsi Regional Bureau of Technical Inventory (registration book No. 2, page No. 191). He approached the state registrar of the CNAP of the Suchevany Village Council to align the documents by making amendments; however, he was denied since the registration details for the specified property were entered by another registrar.

The man's claim was upheld. The court decided to establish the fact of ownership of the certificate for the residential house dated August 17, 1994, issued based on the decision of the Hlyboke Village Council of People's Deputies No. 12/65 dated December 22, 1993, registered in the Chernivtsi Regional BTI in Book II, page 191, registration number 1581.

"According to certificate No. 507 dated April 25, 2024, issued by the Hlyboke Village Council of Chernivtsi District, Chernivtsi Oblast, the residential house belongs to the plaintiff's mother. The fact that the applicant requests to establish has legal significance for him. Considering the above, the court concludes that the application for establishing the fact of kinship should be granted," the court emphasized.
