The funds from the transaction have already been transferred to the state budget. This information was confirmed by delo.ua through the press service of NEQSOL Holding.
It was previously reported that LLC "Cemin Ukraine," which is part of NEQSOL Holding, won the auction by offering 3.938 billion UAH for 100% of the shares of JSC "United Mining and Chemical Company."
Acting Chair of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Ivanna Smachilo, noted that the privatization of the UMCC is more than just the sale of a state asset. According to her, it is a significant step towards attracting a strategic investor capable of ensuring the further development of the enterprise. She also emphasized that the new owner has committed to invest at least 400 million UAH in the modernization of production facilities.
