In the Kurakhove direction near Dalneye and Uspenovka, the Ukrainian Armed Forces seem to be managing to resist the occupiers.

It appears that the pace of the Russian army's advance on the southern flank has significantly slowed down. Military analyst and coordinator of the "Information Resistance" group, Konstantin Mashovets, shared this information on his Telegram channel recently.

According to the military expert, the enemy has not been able to fully take control of the entire village of Dalneye or cut off the Kurakhove – Uspenovka road in the area south of Kurakhove.

Furthermore, as noted by Konstantin Mashovets, although the situation remains extremely challenging, fighting continues in Trudove, as well as south of the village of Uspenovka, where the occupiers have been unable to break through to the Sukhie Yaly River and cut off the Ukrainian Armed Forces units defending the area around Yelizavetovka.

As for the opposite flank, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are gradually forced to withdraw from the northern shore of the Kurakhove Reservoir and continue to engage in fierce rearguard battles with the occupiers advancing from both the north and the east.

Konstantin Mashovets added that retaining the village of Solntsevka, as well as the line south of Voznesenka and Novoselidivka, is particularly crucial for Ukrainian defenders at this time. Otherwise, the enemy's advance on Berestky from the north poses a threat of potential encirclement for some of our units defending east of the railway towards Pokrovsk.
