The occupiers used a hybrid of a rocket and an aerial bomb "Grom-E1" to strike Kharkiv yesterday evening, November 9. This was reported by the representative of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Dmitry Chubenko, as stated by UNN.

According to the regional prosecutor's representative, the enemy carried out an airstrike on the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv at 22:17 on Saturday.
As a result of the Russian shelling, a woman sought medical assistance due to an acute stress reaction.
The regional prosecutor's office reported that the Russians preliminarily "used the aerial munition 'Grom-E1' for the strike on Kharkiv."
He also added that a criminal case was opened regarding the enemy shelling due to violations of the laws and customs of war.
