“The product may be appealing to those who do not qualify for the government program єOselya, as it is available to all clients regardless of property ownership, and it has no restrictions on the cost per square meter or the total area of the housing,” Naumov noted.
The interest rate for the new mortgage program for the first year is set at 16.99%. Starting from the second year, the rate for this mortgage program consists of two parts: a fixed portion (4%), which remains unchanged throughout the term of the loan agreement, and the UIRD3m index (calculated based on the deposit rates for individuals in hryvnia from the 20 largest Ukrainian banks).
