The pensions of Ukrainians may increase for several reasons, including special allowances and additional payments.
In January, some pensioners will receive an extra payment related to their age, as stated in the materials from the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
To qualify for this additional payment, elderly individuals must meet the following criteria:
- the pensioner must be over 70 years old;
- receive an age pension;
- have a total monthly pension payment of less than 10,340.35 hryvnias.
