According to Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine on "Mandatory State Pension Insurance," retirees who have reached retirement age are entitled to an additional payment for their extra work experience.
Specifically, the additional payment is provided for individuals with insurance experience exceeding:
- 35 years — for men;
- 30 years — for women.
It is important to note: this supplement is only granted to retirees of retirement age. If a person continues to work, the additional payment will be recalculated after their dismissal, when the minimum living wage increases.
