The National Bank of Ukraine will begin replacing banknotes of 50 and 200 hryvnias from the old series of 2003-2007 with banknotes of the same denominations from the modern series (2014 and later) starting November 1st.
The regulator's press service highlights that there will be no need for a special exchange of the old banknotes starting next month. Ukrainians can continue to use the old series banknotes, as they will remain valid means of payment.
