It is noted that some of the assets put up for auction are pledged to the National Bank of Ukraine.
To secure the obligations to the bank, a unified property complex has been registered, which includes commercial real estate, land plots, ordinary registered shares, and property rights for receiving goods. In particular, among the collateral are:
- a unified property complex of 36.8 thousand square meters in Lviv for the production of pharmaceutical products, which includes real estate and movable property, as well as fixed assets;
- commercial real estate in the center of Kyiv: premises on Saksahanskoho Street with a total area of about 3 thousand square meters and on Beresteyskyi Avenue (formerly known as Pobedy) with a total area of 1.7 thousand square meters;
- land plots with a total area of 23.7 hectares in Kyiv Oblast.
