In Starobilsk, located in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, the "authorities" are declaring homes abandoned simply because the residents were not present during the relevant inspection. This information comes from Artem Lysogor, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, as reported by UNN.

According to Lysogor, people learn that their homes have been labeled as "abandoned" through announcements regarding the so-called "nationalization" of properties. They are forced to prove their ownership rights within a limited time frame.
