Major mobile operators participated in the bidding: Kyivstar, Vodafone, and lifecell. In total, they paid 2.895 billion UAH, acquiring new frequencies in the 2100, 2300, and 2600 MHz bands for a period of 15 years.
The most expensive lot was the frequencies in the 2355-2395 MHz range. These were purchased by the largest mobile operator, Kyivstar, for 994.8 million UAH. Initially, the bids were minimal.
