A negative trend is already visible for the enemy, which will continue into 2025, as Russian occupation forces are running out of reserves and resources.

This was stated by political scientist and serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Kirill Sazonov, in an interview with Yuriy Bibik.

"We can see that they lack equipment; they are even taking tanks and armored vehicles from 'Mosfilm' to the front. Meanwhile, here in Kurshchyna, we destroyed 77 enemy armored vehicles in just five days.

On the other hand, we must keep our economy strong, because during negotiations, not only the front line will matter, but also the question of how long you can hold out. If Russia is declining, we must remain resilient; our economy must function, our businesses must operate, and we need not just Armed Forces, but also a reliable rear," – stated Kirill Sazonov.

The serviceman noted that in the Donetsk region, even if the occupiers manage to reach Konstantynivka next year, it will be a long and difficult conquest for them.

"They are currently shelling it, and even artillery is reaching Konstantynivka. If they advance, they will start storming, but this is a large city, and behind it are Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk—a significant agglomeration. Storming will take time, and it won't happen easily," – emphasized Kirill Sazonov.

According to the military, the Russians' tactics remain unchanged—they bombard with guided aerial bombs and shells, followed by small infantry groups. This was their approach in Selydove and Vuhledar, and they will continue to operate this way.
