Fink noted that small collective asset allocations (distribution) from institutional investors in the range of 2-5% could contribute to such price growth. In an interview with Bloomberg, he stated:
“If you are afraid of your currency devaluing or are concerned about economic or political stability in your country, you can utilize an international tool called Bitcoin, which will overcome these local fears.”
The CEO of BlackRock added that he is not promoting the leading cryptocurrency but supports its use as a tool. He also expressed concerns about the possibility of increased inflation over the next 12 months and warned against assuming that peak inflation levels have already been reached.
