According to Coinglass, eight out of the last twelve Februarys since 2013 have shown double-digit percentage growth for Bitcoin. The average increase for the second month of the year is 15.6%.
Moreover, only two Februarys in the past twelve years have experienced declines, specifically in 2014 and 2020. In February 2018 and 2023, when a bear market was observed, the asset remained unchanged.
The largest increase occurred in February 2013, when it rose by 62% in a month, while the second largest was in 2024, when BTC increased by 43.5%, climbing from $42,580 to $62,560.
Bitcoin's Bullish February
Februarys in 2016, 2017, and 2021 were also "bullish" for BTC prices, with increases ranging from 20% to 37%. Additionally, 2025 is a post-halving year, and positive price dynamics were observed in February during all these years.
If BTC can achieve just the average figure from the past twelve years next month, it could reach a minimum of $118,000.
March has also historically been favorable for Bitcoin prices, especially in recent years, with growth in five out of six months since 2019.
