The woman is dissatisfied with DTEK's demand for her to re-sign the contract. She is threatened with disconnection of electricity to her home, but she believes the issue lies in the company's unwillingness to repair the line to which the subscribers are connected. The relevant complaint was left by the client on October 13 under the company's publication.
According to the woman, DTEK does not want to repair the line connected to the subscribers. It is simply easier for the company to disconnect them from electricity.
“We will report you to the prosecutor's office. Let them investigate your inaction. Can someone finally tell me on what basis we are being asked to re-sign the electricity supply contracts and threatened with disconnection otherwise?” - the woman inquires.
DTEK states that they needed time to clarify the information. The woman is advised to re-sign the contract for the new owner because the previous one has passed away.
