This Lviv-based company specializes in creating custom chatbots for businesses. The acquisition was announced by the founders of BotsCrew — Maksym Hladys, Nazar Hembara, and Oleg Pylypchuk, as reported by AIN.
As part of the deal, the management of BotsCrew and its team of 60 will continue to operate in Ukraine. The company plans to expand its activities in 2025. Negotiations for the sale have been ongoing since May 2024; however, the financial terms of the deal remain confidential.
Founded in 2016, BotsCrew is actively growing in the field of artificial intelligence, developing solutions for international brands such as Virgin Holidays, Honda, Mars, and FIBA. Its main areas of focus include healthcare, e-commerce, tourism, public administration, and business process automation.
