According to the aggressor country's Ministry of Defense, three Ukrainian drones were shot down by air defense systems over the territory of Crimea. Other UAVs were reportedly neutralized over the Ukrainian peninsula and in the Russian Federation itself.
"From 20:50 to 22:25 Moscow time, air defense forces destroyed nine Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles: six drones over the Belgorod region and one drone each over the territories of the Republic of Crimea, and the Oryol and Kursk regions," the statement said.

Kiev was subjected to a massive attack by enemy drones on the night of Sunday, February 23. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachенко. According to him, debris from a Russian UAV fell in an open area in the Pechersk district of the capital.
