Russian occupiers are preparing for "provocations" from the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the so-called "Defender of the Fatherland Day" on February 23 and on the anniversary of the full-scale war initiated by the Russian Federation against Ukraine on February 24. This information comes from the military-partisan movement "ATESH", citing its agent within the Russian armed forces, as reported by UNN.

It is noted that, in light of this, Russian troops in Crimea, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions have received orders to implement enhanced security measures.
ATESH suggests that this decision is driven by fear of strikes from the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the activity of partisans.
"We warn that the occupiers may use this day for provocations, so that in the event of terrorist attacks, they can blame the Ukrainian underground and leverage this for their propaganda," the partisans stated.
Reminder
Enemy forces in the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula are preparing for possible massive strikes from February 24 to 26. This was reported by the "ATESH" movement. In response to these threats, internal security units have intensified counter-sabotage measures in an attempt to prevent leaks of information regarding the precise locations of air defense systems.
