Ukrposhta has announced a limited edition release of stamps titled "Third Assault."

In honor of the heroes of the Third Separate Assault Brigade, Ukrposhta announces a limited postal release as part of the "Own Stamp" project. The first to purchase it will be the holders of the "Exclusive+" philatelic subscription. However, those who wish to add this novelty to their collection can obtain the mentioned philatelic subscription in the Postal Market. This was reported by the company's press service.

Ukrposhta reminded that on February 24, 2022, volunteers from the Territorial Defense Forces, who later became the famous Third Assault Brigade, defended Kyiv and fought in the Zaporizhzhia direction. In the spring of 2023, the brigade was the first to launch a counteroffensive, liberating over 20 square kilometers of territory, and is currently engaged in intense battles in the hottest areas of the front. The print run of the set (a sheet with 9 stamps, an artistic envelope with special cancellation, and a leaflet) is 1,300 copies; the cost is 750 hryvnias.

And a nice bonus: on January 24, you will be able to purchase in the postal market: a non-numbered sheet with 28 stamps of the "Third Assault Brigade" (slightly different from the numbered one, but still beautiful) for 700 hryvnias, an artistic envelope "Third Assault Brigade" for 30 hryvnias, and an artistic envelope "Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" with the "Trident" stamp and the special postal cancellation stamp "Third Separate Assault Brigade" for 55 hryvnias.

Features of the implementation of numbered sets for the "Own Stamp" project in 2025

Last year, themed releases of postal products by Ukrposhta under the "Own Stamp" project gained significant popularity, most of which had limited print runs and were numbered. "Azov 10 years. The free choose to fight," "Kraken," "Ground Forces," "Charter" – are just a small part of this postal history. In 2025, given the demand, Ukrposhta will continue the practice of releasing numbered sets of products under the "Own Stamp" project, typically containing numbered stamp sheets of 6/9 stamps and numbered envelopes with a stamp and a special cancellation imprint.

This year, the priority right to purchase such products will be granted to holders of "Exclusive+" philatelic subscriptions, who will receive a description of the release with a payment link a few days before the presentation date of the new numbered set under the "Own Stamp" project. Additionally, partners of Ukrposhta will also have the right to purchase a certain number of sets. If not all holders of "Exclusive+" subscriptions pay for the "Own Stamp" numbered set within the specified timeframe, the unsold quantity of products will be made available for free sale in the postal market. At the same time, in the Postal Market, non-numbered themed stamp sheets of 28 stamps and DL format artistic envelopes under the "Own Stamp" project will be available to all interested parties.
