A woman is curious why Kyivstar services are provided for different time periods. Some tariff plans offer services for a month, while others only for 4 weeks. The relevant comment was left by the client on December 11 under the company's publication.
According to the woman, Kyivstar provides services for varying durations. Clients on some plans receive services on a monthly basis, while others only for 4 weeks.
"Hello. Could you please explain why some tariff plans provide services for a month, while others only for 4 weeks?" the woman inquires.
Kyivstar addressed the woman's questions. They state that customers switching to new tariffs can opt for a prepaid service model, where service packages are provided for 4 weeks, or they can choose a contractual service model.
"Kyivstar customers who connect to new tariffs can select a prepaid service model, where service packages are provided for 4 weeks. Alternatively, they can choose a contractual service model, which includes payment for the service package for a calendar month. The same payment period applies to Kyivstar's 'All Together' tariff offers," said Kyivstar.
The VoWiFi service is now available to Kyivstar subscribers. Thanks to this technology, subscribers will be able to make calls over Wi-Fi even in areas with weak mobile network signals. This service is useful in situations where mobile network signals are weak or unstable but Wi-Fi coverage is available, such as in semi-basements, buildings with thick walls, and on basement and high floors.
