Kyivstar offers a diagnostic service that is currently non-functional - the company's response.

Kyivstar offers users who have lost internet service a diagnostic tool. To access it, one needs to open the My Kyivstar app, follow specific steps, and receive a step-by-step guide for quick restoration. However, a man attempted to use the service, but it was unavailable. He left a relevant comment on the company's post on February 19.

The man indicates that the "diagnostic service" does not appear in the My Kyivstar app. When there is no internet, a window opens with the message "Important information during the war."

"Where did you see that 'diagnostic service'? First of all, it doesn't exist in the app at all. Secondly, if there is no internet, a window opens with 'Important information during the war'," the man states.

Kyivstar's Response to the Complaint

Kyivstar responded to the man's complaint by advising him to update the app.

"To access diagnostics, you need to scroll to the Help section on the Home tab and select the Troubles with Home Internet option," Kyivstar representatives said.

How to Update the My Kyivstar App

To download the updated version of the app for iOS or Android, go to the App Store or Google Play, respectively. Type My Kyivstar in the search bar. If you have an outdated version, you will see the "Update" button. If you have the latest version, the "Open" button will take you to the app page.
