Kyivstar commented on the woman's complaint, stating that if the tariff lasts for 4 weeks, the date of the next charge indeed keeps shifting.

"If the tariff is valid for 4 weeks, then the date of the next charge does indeed shift constantly. There is no deception in this," - Kyivstar stated.
